Impact Initiatives provides support for this school located in the heart of a rural, impoverished area of South Asia. (The specific name of the school and its location are intentionally withheld due to persecution against Christians in this region) This school serves approximately 75 children ranging in age from 4 to 18 years old. The children come from a wide range of backgrounds. Some are orphans either through the death of a parent, the dysfunction of the family, or abandonment. Other children live at the school because their families are migrant workers and they want their children to have stability and to get a good education. Some of the children are from surrounding villages where their families want their children to receive a quality education and nurturing of their Christian faith. All of the children receive love and support from the staff of the school. Approximately half of the children live at the school for most of the year.
